Anyways,as requested.Here is z summary on the 1st 2 days at Concorde Inn.

Monday 15 / 12 / 08

Orientation Day One

“THIS is CONCORDE INN!?!”
The location for the Orientation was Fabulous.
Yes,Everyone was dressed up formally for it.Dad & I registered myself at the Table,and I was shoved a file full of Papers, a name tag, and my room number.So, I half dragged-half pushed my oversized luggage ALL The way to the back.My roomie appeared to be a fine-looking Chinese girl.She greeted me with a friendly ‘hi’ as I made my way in.
It was so AWKWARD at first.
“Er….hi.”
She smiled back and asked where I was from.My school.And my Age.It appears that She’s from KL and is 17 this year.Irene’s the name.We were Supposed to gather at the lobby at 2.50,and it was only 2.15 .We got out anyway.I met up with my dad and his friend,Datuk Gwee.Made friends with his daughter,Gwee Wei (17)

35 minutes later….
The Orientation Hall was in Concorde 2.It was er…kinda small.And half-packed already.Went ALL the way to the back and sat.More people came into the room and was soon packed.People even STOOD at the sides and back of the hall.Underestimation perhaps?
Anyways..the WHOLE speech orientation thingy was er…slightly boring.Not to be rude,I mean,Its all adults-talk.I JUST couldn’t wait to meet my OKASAN!!!

As soon as the 2 hrs 30 mins Orientation ended,Gwee & I said our good-byes to our parent(s) and stayed to listen on to the Rules&Regulations.Nagoya-ns were separated into a room.Our “papa” were non-oyher than Zubir Hashim and Abdul Rahman Ismail.Then it was Ice-breaking time.We played “Pass the pulse around” and made it in merely 10 seconds.Sugoi desu ne? Soon after that,we sat in circles according to the birthdate order.I was lucky I was just sitting 3 seats away from the guy who started the “Names memorizing game”Poor Sham.He has to memorise all 43 people’s names.He was GOOD.

7.oo pm – 8.00 pm
Kyuukei!!It was dinner time!!Sat with Gwee Wei & her friends.SINCE I did not know anyone yet.
After dinner (8.oopm), we (Nagoya-ns)were all gathered again. Sensei asked for volunteers to learn this culture dance “Endang”which we’d named it “The Monkey fruits dance”
From here,I get to meet many Tomodachis.Whom I had followed and hanged out with throughout the WHOLE journey.

Endang dance is a malay culture dance which all of us have to sit on the floor and move our hands about only.VERY TIRING.Joining us 10 Nagoya-ns were the Osaka-ns(10 also). My back damn sakit lei!!

From this very moment ALL the way to 2.40 am,We learnt the dance steps.But only70% of it.Exhausted,Irene and I dragged our mortally-tired selves back to room 1213.Bathed.and lights out.



Tuesday 16 / 12 / 08

Orientation Day Two

Uurgh..my WHOLE body was ACHING!!My back was on FIRE!!Couldnt even stretch!!All thanks to those dance trainings.

After having breakfast,we listened to a lil’ bit of ceramah on basic Malaysia knowledge stuff.Later,we had some more trainings.FOUR different types of entrance and the endings.After drilling repeatedly at it,we’re finally free.Darn…not even the toughest Wushu trainings can beat the back ache I had suffered from this. (>///<)!!!After that,All 5 of us put on our traditional clothes and rehearsed.It was so cool.but tiring.Penat man… 2.00 pm
Everyone was gathered in the lobby,to check out.Everyone was so excited!!We’re finally going to the airport!!While waiting for the bus,the “Monkey Fruits Team” camwhored around.Seriously,we’re like the NOISIEST bunch of people around.BUT.It was SO much fun.After checking in our lugages,we had Mc D for dinner.AGAIN.We camwhored. Sat a Mars plane to Singapore (Playing Mario like lil kids with Duck) and had dinner at Burger’s King there.Then,went to Butterfly’s park. Boarded the plane to Nagoya at 1.oo am. Watched 10 promises I made to my dog-a Japanese film.Was SO touched!!Cried all the way.And then,my eyes couldn’t bear it anymore.I fell into dreamlands. A few more hours to meeting my FOSTER Family!!Ureshi….

Mistress : Alright..So temporarily,this is all.Now typing on for the 3rd day and 4th.You have NO IDEA how tiring it is to do this stupid laporan JUST to get the Stupid cert. Yosh!Orewa ganbarimasu!!
