This is what I get.

This is the result of what I get today.
A sore body. Dead,Heavy arms. Blue-black marks along my hand.
-Did a non-stop jog around Stadium Tun Fatimah-Sadly,its just a round.
Received wushu trainings from a private,SHORT sensei.
Went Aikido after that.
And I had no appetite throughtout the day.
So here's basically what I have in digestion mode now:
-A Banana.
-2 cans of 100 plus.
-3 scoops of rice.
Im guessing that my body system's all messed up.I usually wake around 1pm and sleep at 4am.
I woke 6 am and slept 8.30 pm last night. Yep,no kidding. 8.30pm right after my dinner.
I love the way my body wails in protest.Its not an easy feeling to earn.You have to work HARD to get it. =) I hope you know what I mean.

Omo.I HATE it uber much when he did a n "Ikyo-pin" on me.It actually hurts coz' he didnt go easy on me. Sometimes,I think he forgets the fact that im a gurl =='
