Very pleased to say that, lately on Sundays, instead of lazing around at home, Simon and I walked around town,
trying and discovering different things. (:

First stop, we went to Armenian Street to hunt down for a camera shop called 'Peek!' to take a look at the Fed5B
The guy there is really nice. Of course, we can't help but got lost. Actually, it was just across the street, just that
the shop was hidden at the corner. So yeah, go figure. Anyway, it's a good thing we got lost. Otherwise, we
wouldn't have been able to discover this amazing wall art.

Hungry go where? Right next to the Peranakan Museum is True Blue Pantry.

Very sweet/sour salad. Not really my cup of tea, but Simon definitely enjoyed it. Memories from childhood perhaps?

The laksa was okay.

Tummies filled, we hoped over to Peek! and I bought my Holga Wide Angle Lens! <3

Then, we went for a little hike up Fort Canning Park and found ourselves underground in a war time preserved museum
called the black box. They tried to reenact the scene as shown in the early photographs with wax figures. I thought
the entire place was maze-like and so damn cool. Unfortunately, no photos were allowed. So this is the best I can do.

Neither full nor hungry, I wanted to bring Simon to Strictly Pancakes where Elaine brought me the last time (:
It......was closed. In desperation, we found this little place at the end of the terrace, called the Hungry chimps.

The food was splendid, and I really enjoyed the Koppaberg beer. It's really.sweet and 'sparkly'

Egg benedict with Holandise sauce, together with vinegar-soaked salad and that-awesome-bread-that-I-do-not-know-its-name-dammit.

We ended the night with a movie (TED) and a quick meal @ The coffee Club
